HALO® has been developed in a laboratory to perform across all cycling disciplines, with unparalleled drivetrain performance in both clean/dry and wet conditions. Each lubricant in the HALO® Series incorporates 5 measurable performance attributes; blending a reduced coefficient of friction, water resistance, endurance, mechanical wear, and dirt defense. Because all riding conditions and rider requirements vary, each HALO® product offers a unique balance of these attributes.
| This is achieved with three elite-grade ingredients combining to deliver superior results: Highly Refined Paraffin creates a robust, dry-to-the-touch coating that repels water, sheds friction-causing abrasive contaminants and virtually eliminates chain stains. Shperical Tungsten features a proprietary hollow core to reduce vibrational friction caused by high torque pedaling. Micron-size and spherical shape helps reduce sliding friction by creating a rolling effect on the surface of the chain. Ceramic Boron Nitride platelets cover the chain to form a protective non-stick coating. This ceramic coating works synergistically with spherical tungsten to reduce wear and help extend the life of expensive drivetrain components. With Gas-To-Liquid (GTL) technology integrated in our HALO® Wet Lubricant, a hydrodynamic fluid film is synthesized from natural gas. Its unique molecular structure minimizes drivetrain noise, dramatically reduces friction, repels water, and maintains viscosity in extreme temperatures. Available Now |
